Belt Conveyor with Cleats

For a plastic manufacturing plant we manufactured a conveyor belt for the transport of small plastic pieces. This particular blue conveyor belt was inclined at 40 degrees and because the plastic pieces had a tendency to fall backwards, the use of cleats was chosen. More specifically, the hard hinged strap of the IntraLock type gives the flexibility to the conveyor belt of placing heels at the distance to be defined.

In contrast, the white band is made of PVC webbing and has heat-sealed top cleats.
