Roller mill INOX 316
For a chemical plant we manufactured a 316 stainless steel roller mill. In addition to the inlet funnel, the main body consists of 2 rotating cylinders. Transmission is by a set of gears. To prevent the cylinders from jamming, we installed a teflon plate, which “scratches” the two rotating surfaces.
The product was salt with a moisture content of 25% and the desired throughput of 3 ton/h, which was full of agglomerates, as can be seen in the video.
