Dosing and weighing unit for detergent powders
For a detergent factory we built the dosing and weighing line, consisting of 4 Big-Bag-Stations, 4 dosing screws, a 3000 lt mixer on an automatic weighing system.
The 4 ingredients of the recipe are dosed and weighed one after the other in the mixer. Mixing time was set at 3 min.
After mixing, the discharge screw of the mixer packs the finished product in sacks / buckets on a ground scale.
