The Solution: Custom Z-Type Bucket Conveyor with Heat-Resistant Components
We engineered a heavy-duty Z-Type Bucket Elevator designed for continuous operation in demanding environments.

- Thermal Durability: The system features 500mm wide buckets manufactured from specialized high-temperature plastic, capable of sustained 100°C operation without warping.
- Precision Drive: A robust 2-chain drive system with dual gears ensures stable, synchronized bucket movement under heavy loads.
- Spillage-Free Intake: We integrated a custom-designed internal inlet hopper within the elevator body. This specific geometry ensures pellets are centered in the buckets, preventing “throw-off” and reducing material waste at the edges.

The Result: Efficient, Low-Degradation Transport
The Z-type configuration allowed for a seamless transition from horizontal to vertical transport in a single machine. By utilizing gentle bucket handling, the plant maintained the integrity of the fish feed pellets while achieving their 8 t/h target with zero thermal-related downtime.

- Zero-Friction Transport: Pellets remain stationary within the buckets throughout the vertical and horizontal lift, eliminating the friction that causes dust and “fines.”
