2-Deck Vibrating Sieve
We supplied a 2-Deck Vibrating Sieve for an EPDM floor construction material manufacturing plant. The product is ground EPDM in a grain size of 0.5 – 8 mm. The aim is to remove from the main product the “overs” (particles larger than 5mm) and the “unders” (particles smaller than 1mm). This sieve achieves better results because it does not include a vibrator, but an unbalanced motor. The reciprocating movement creates horizontal movement and separates both dust and oversize more effectively.
