The Solution: Gravimetric Weighing Screw Feeder with Rotary Valve Integration
We engineered a custom Continuous Weighing Screw Feeder designed for high-accuracy material monitoring.
  • Integrated Feeding: The limestone powder is metered into the system via a Rotary Valve (Rotary Airlock), ensuring a steady intake and pressure seal.
  • Precision Suspension: The entire auger assembly is suspended from a fixed heavy-duty base via three high-precision load cells.
  • Closed-Loop Control: The system’s weight indicator calculates the real-time discharge rate in kg/h. If the flow deviates from the setpoint, the system automatically sends a signal to the inverter on the rotary valve, instantly correcting the feed rate.
