Lump Breaker for Agglomerates
For different industries, we have manufactured various types of Lump Breakers for Agglomerates. The product we had to downsize was ammonium nitrate in petrified form. The original size was 500x4000x85mm and the final broken size had to be less than 40x40x40mm because it should feed a Φ150mm screw conveyor. In addition to the large inlet hopper, the main body of the lump breaker consists of 12mm thick radial rotating knives and fixed knives. A semi-cylindrical grid has not been provided, since the final desired grain size is quite large. A 4.0 kW gear motor at 36 rpm was installed.
