Double-shaft Lump Crusher with Screen for Fertilizers
For a fertilizer production plant, we manufactured a stainless steel double-shaft shredder to break lumps and agglomerates, created by moisture. At the outlet of the crusher, we installed a semi-cylindrical grid with a 10 mm opening. The grid does not allow larger particles to pass through.
The crusher was placed after the outlet over a sieve before the mixer feed.

Double-shaft Lump Crusher with Screen for Biscuits
The same crusher was also tested for a biscuit factory, as shown in the video below. The biscuits, which come broken, must be further chopped to a very specific particle size, but without being powdered (because then they are no longer usable). The shredder achieves this specification quite satisfactorily, thanks to the appropriate grid selection.
