The Solution: Large-Format Linear Vibrating Sifter
We engineered a robust Stainless Steel Linear Vibrating Screen (1500 x 750 mm) specifically for the food and herb industry.

- Enhanced Linear Motion: The sifter utilizes two counter-rotating vibrators. This dual-motor setup generates a precise linear motion that conveys the oregano forward while aggressively tossing the material to ensure every leaf passes through the mesh.
- High-Surface Area Screening: The 1500mm length provides ample time for “scalping” (removing the large overs), ensuring the “stalks” are fully separated from the high-value oregano leaves.
- Hygienic Food-Grade Design: Constructed entirely from high-grade stainless steel, the unit features quick-release points for easy mesh cleaning and meets strict spice factory hygiene standards.
