- Dual-Stage Protection: The system contains two separate tiers of magnetic grids. Each stage features a 5+6 staggered bar configuration, ensuring the oregano must pass through a dense magnetic field twice.
- Super High Intensity: We utilized 12,000 Gauss Neodymium magnetic bars, the industry standard for capturing microscopic ferrous contaminants in food powders.
- Continuous Flow Technology: To prevent the oregano from bridging or clogging the grates, we integrated a motorized stirrer and a high-frequency vibrator mounted on shock absorbers. This ensures a consistent, fluid product flow through the magnetic field.
