- Advanced Blade Geometry: We utilized 12mm thick stainless steel blades with a specialized 11-claw profile. The Φ130 mm diameter was specifically limited to maximize torque, ensuring the claws “grab” and shear through frozen blocks with surgical precision.
- Modular “Easy-Clean” Design: As shown in our technical assembly photo, the shredder consists of a high-precision blade, spacer, and side scraper configuration. The side scraper keeps the spacers clean during operation. Furthermore, this modularity allows for easy disassembly for deep-cleaning or rapid blade replacement—critical for maintaining hygiene standards in frozen fruit and vegetable processing.
- Total Corrosion Resistance: Every component, from the shafts to the housing, is fabricated from reinforced stainless steel to handle the high-moisture, low-temperature environment typical of IQF production.
