- Active Teflon Scraper Technology: To handle the “sticky” nature of dehydrated vegetables, we integrated a specialized Teflon (PTFE) pad on the secondary rotating blade. This pad continuously “scrapes” the cylindrical metal grid, preventing fine particles from building up and clogging the mesh.
- Precision Rotary Shearing: The internal rotary blades effectively disintegrate petrified blocks against the sizing screen, ensuring that only material of the desired grain size passes through.
- Sanitary Construction: Designed with a large inlet funnel for bulk loading, the entire unit is built from high-grade stainless steel to meet strict food safety and hygiene standards.
