- Precision Slit Device: The unit is equipped with a sharp conical cutter and manual reinforcement blades. As the Tonne Bag is lowered onto the station, the weight of the bag against the cone initiates a clean, multi-directional slit across the base.
- Guaranteed Emptying: The conical geometry ensures the bag is opened from the centre outwards, promoting a steady gravity flow and preventing “dead zones” where limestone powder can get trapped in the corners.
- Dust Containment: The unloader is designed to seat the bag securely against a seal, ensuring that once the blades pierce the fabric, the limestone is discharged into the downstream process without creating airborne dust.
