Bespoke air separator screen for fluff
For a factory of plastic irrigation hoses, we manufactured a system to separate the fluff from the broken scrap product. After the recycling crusher, the product had fluff impurities and thus could not be reused. We built a bespoke air separator screen which, with the help of a fan, separates the fluff from the pellets.
