Vibrating sieve with a perforated plate
For a tire recycling plant we manufactured a vibrating sieve with a perforated sheet with an opening of Φ50 mm for secondary shredded tires. The dimensions of the sieve were 500 x 5000 mm and it had 3 vibrators. We added parapets to the sides of the sieve, which prevented the product from gathering at the edges and not progressing satisfactorily.
