- Obstacle Navigation: Unlike rigid systems, the flexible auger can be curved around existing machinery and structural columns. This eliminates the need for multiple rigid conveyors, reducing both energy consumption and maintenance requirements.
- Shaftless Spiral Technology: The conveyor utilizes a high-tensile, thin-profile shaftless spiral rotating at 300 rpm. This design provides a large cross-sectional area for the pellets, ensuring high-throughput without the risk of material clogging or friction heat.
