The Solution: Cylindrical Ribbon Blender with Automated Discharge
We engineered a robust Horizontal Batch Mixer designed for the high-torque demands of the construction industry:

- Precision Ribbon Agitation: The mixer features a cylindrical trough and a dual-spiral ribbon assembly. This geometry ensures that the heavy mortar components are moved both radially and laterally, eliminating “dead zones” and achieving high homogeneity.
- Automated Process Control: To streamline the production line, we integrated an automatic discharge gate valve. This allows for a rapid, controlled release of the finished mortar into the packaging or transport system, reducing cycle times.
- Maintenance-First Design: Recognizing the importance of hygiene in dry-mix plants, we included a large-diameter manhole on the side of the cylinder. This provides operators with easy access for deep-cleaning and inspection of the ribbon knives.
- Structural Integrity: The entire unit is mounted on a reinforced steel frame to withstand the vibration and weight of 500L batches of dense mineral powders.
