Ribbon mixer 500 lt
In a production plant of bakery mixes and doughs for confectionery, we manufactured a stainless steel batch mixer with ribbon-type knives on a steel frame. At the outlet of the mixer, a manual shutter for direct packaging into 25kg bags was installed (in addition to the automatic butterfly valve for discharging the mixer).
