For a paint manufacturing plant we supplied 2 central dust and odor extraction systems from the mixers. The second central suction unit was installed after a year and was accompanied by the installation of a new production wing.
Each central suction unit included articulated suction arms with regulating cutters, piping network with lip, 80 m2 cartridge filter with 4.0 kW centrifugal fan and activated carbon filter with 9 cartridges. These cartridges had a lifespan of about 1 year and generally the saturated carbon must be removed every year and filled with new fresh activated carbon.
