Dust Cyclone
For a metal and plastic recycling plant, we designed and manufactured a cyclone for the dust suction line. The cyclone had dimensions Φ1200 x 3000 mm. It was made of mild steel with a thickness of 4.0 mm. A high degree of separation was achieved, almost like a normal bag filter, since we prolonged the vertical exhaust downpipe well inside the cyclone’s body.
