Bag filter for sawdust suction
In the wood processing industry, we supplied a central suction system for sawdust from cutting machines, planers, band saws, etc. The piping system with the 14 suction positions ends in a galvanized bag filter with a surface area of 250m2. At the outlet of the cone, the bag filter had a screw conveyor with a diameter of Φ300mm and a rotary valve for receiving the sawdust. The collected sawdust was then transferred to a compression press.
