Brake Pads Mixer Feeding Unit with 2 Weighing Hoppers

In a factory producing brake pads, we built a complete system of feeding 4 raw materials from Big-Bags with dosing screw conveyors to a weighing hopper with a butterfly hopper and an additives feeding system of other raw materials from bags to a second weighing hopper with a slide outlet gate. Both weighing hoppers end up in a common 1000 lt batch mixer, so the automation we installed had to include both weighing indicators for every batch.
