Stainless steel hammer mill for pharmaceutical powders
In a pharmaceutical production plant we were asked to rebuild two hammer mills. These hammer mills were intended to down-size powders. We manufactured new hammers / knives. We made 6 new sieves with different mesh for different grain sizes. We installed new motors. We installed a multi-pulley system with 3 different pulleys for different rotational speed (since the inverter proposal was not adopted).
