- Multi-Fraction Grading: The double-deck configuration allows the plant to separate material into three distinct streams—removing oversize stalks, capturing the premium product, and extracting fine dust—all in a single pass.
- Variable Vibration Angle: To handle the transition between free-flowing spices and “sticky” fibrous herbs, we designed an adjustable vibrator frame. Operators can easily rotate and lock the vibration angle to increase or decrease the “bounce” (vertical acceleration) of the material. This ensures that stalks are kept in suspension and conveyed off the top deck rather than clogging the apertures.
- Hygienic Food-Grade Design: Built from polished stainless steel, the unit features quick-release clamps for rapid mesh changeovers between different spice batches.
