Bulk bag weighing and filling station
For a lime production plant, we manufactured a Bulk bag weighing and filling station for limestone powder. Lime is fed by a horizontal screw conveyor. The ground scale weight indicator was programmed to control the feed of the auger. So when the operator selects the 1000 kg setpoint, then the auger after achieving 950 kg will slow down and more accurately fill up to 1000 kg.
