- Micro-Dosing Accuracy: The unit features a precision-machined D50mm horizontal dosing screw (auger). Driven by a high-torque 0.37kW – 18rpm gearmotor, the system delivers a pulse-free, continuous flow, even at the demanding low-volume setpoint of 5 kg/h.
- Active Anti-Bridging Technology: To ensure the dosing screw is never “starved,” we integrated a vertical agitator (bridge breaker) within the large 500-litre hopper. This agitator continuously conditions the methylcellulose, breaking any structural arches and ensuring a consistent bulk density at the screw intake.
- Industrial Durability: Despite its high precision, the feeder is built for 24/7 industrial environments, providing the continuous and reliable feeding required for automated plastic extrusion lines.
