- Aspiration-Free Inlet Design: To meet the “no-agitator” requirement, we designed a bespoke inlet funnel with specialized internal geometry. This high-flow hopper utilizes gravity and specific wall angles to ensure the dextrose remains free-flowing and fully “flood-feeds” the vertical screw without bridging.
- Multi-Material Versatility: While optimized for dextrose, the system successfully manages the diverse physical properties of sugar and starch, providing a consistent feed rate to the downstream bakery mixers.
- Hygienic Food-Grade Build: Every contact part is fabricated from polished stainless steel, ensuring full compliance with UK food safety standards and allowing for rapid cleaning between ingredient changes.
