Bulk Bag Unloader with Electric Hoist

We built a station for emptying big bags of sugar for a brewery. It is called Bulk Bag Unloader with Electric Hoist or Bulk Bag Discharger. Crystalline sugar comes in 2 m3 bulk bags (larger than normal), which weigh around 1.5 tons each. Since we were asked to make the cantilevered I-beam for the electric hoist long enough, then the corresponding extension had to be built on the rear base of the frame structure for static reasons.

At the outlet of the Big-Bag Station, we manufactured a screw conveyor Φ 200 x 6000mm to feed the sugar.
