- Steeply Inclined Gravity Hopper: To enhance cutting performance, we installed a custom steeply inclined inlet hopper. By utilizing the self-weight of the timber, the system naturally “presses” the logs and pallets against the rotating knives, ensuring a continuous, aggressive bite and higher volumetric throughput.
- Integrated Sizing Grid: This rotary grinder features a heavy-duty discharge grid. Material is retained in the cutting chamber until it is fully reduced to the target size, ensuring the output is perfectly calibrated for industrial boilers or animal bedding.
- Reinforced Knife Geometry: The high-speed rotor is equipped with replaceable, abrasion-resistant knives, allowing the wood granulator to process contaminated pallets (containing nails and staples) with minimal downtime.
