Rectangular vibrating sieves
Rectangular sieves are applied to products with large particle sizes (50 mm – 2 mm), they have a central inclined body, which is vibrated by eccentric vibrators.
Better performance is achieved if the product is spread as it enters with a vibrating feeder.
To keep the screens from clogging, the screen can be self-cleaned with heated screens or pulse tensioners that stretch and release the screen periodically.
