Manufacturers of water-soluble fertilizers require extreme precision to ensure nutrient ratios (N, P, K) are perfectly balanced for irrigation systems. The challenge for this project was to achieve a high-capacity throughput of 10 tons per hour while managing investment costs and handling “non-prilled” Urea, which frequently contains hard agglomerates.

Our Solution: Value-Engineered Production Line
BritSOLIDS designed a streamlined, high-performance plant that focuses on the core pillars of fertilizer production: accuracy, speed, and reliability.
  • Multi-Component Dosing Station: The line features 4 Bulk-Bag Unloading Stations dedicated to Nitrogen (N), Phosphorus (P), Potassium (K), and Urea. Each station is equipped with a high-precision dosing screw conveyor.
  • Integrated Urea Crushing: To handle non-prilled Urea, we installed a specialized Urea crusher (lump breaker). This ensures that all materials enter the weighing system in a uniform, free-flowing state, preventing blockages and batch errors.
  • 1000L Precision Batch Mixing: At the heart of the plant is a 1000L industrial batch mixer. It is engineered to provide a perfectly homogeneous blend of water-soluble components in short cycle times.
  • Integrated Dust Control & Packaging: To maintain a clean facility, the system includes a centralized filtration/de-dusting unit. The final product is fed directly into an automated packaging machine for immediate distribution.
