In order to come to recommend a specific machine for your application and to guarantee its correct operation, some stages have been preceded.
- The raw material (the product) that will pass through the machine
How well do you know your product? Its consistency, its properties, whether it sticks, how well it flows, etc. If you source from different suppliers in Big-Bags or in sacks or in bulk, will the product always behave the same? Definitely no. All possible scenarios must therefore be considered.
- Tests at our facility with similar machines
Send us a sample of your product. If you are interested in a screw conveyor, 150 lt will be enough. If we are talking about a lump breaker, more will be needed. Trials must be done to test your product and estimate the performance we will achieve with our machine, before ordering and manufacturing the bespoke machine.
- Installation and testing at your factory
The machine / system we deliver to you is to be installed at your factory. There, and in real conditions, the final settings and any parameterization or fine tuning required will be made.
Technical Support / After Sales Service
A system or a machine, after it is put into operation (and passes the acceptance tests) may show some childhood diseases. With our continuous support, as well as the responsible operation and preventive maintenance of the machine, you will quickly have the production and returns you budgeted for your investment.
