In a high-profile collaboration with Buehler AG (Switzerland), BritSOLIDS designed and manufactured a specialized storage battery consisting of 8 high-capacity silos:

- Rectangular Cross-Section Design: To maximize the available facility volume, BritSOLIDS utilized a rectangular design instead of traditional circular silos. This increased the total storage capacity by eliminating the gaps between units.
- Hygienic Internal Engineering: Each 40m³ silo features rounded internal corners to prevent material accumulation. The interior surfaces are finished with a specialized food-grade epoxy paint, ensuring smooth material flow and total protection against contamination.
- Heavy-Duty Mild Steel Construction: Engineered for structural longevity, the silos provide a robust storage environment for high-density flour products.
- Precision Engineering Standards: Built to integrate seamlessly with Buehler’s world-class milling technology, ensuring a synchronized intake and discharge process.
