Sack tipping station

Bag tipping stations (10 kg, 25 kg, or 50 kg) are defined by the term bag tipping stations. blasting funnelsThe operator empties the sacks into a hopper with a lid. The height of the visor, where the operator rests the bag, should be close to 80 cm. Usually the operator, after temporarily fixing the bag, cuts a slit in the bag with his knife so that he starts emptying the product into the hopper.
There is a suction nozzle to guide the generated dust to a filter. There may also be plastic blinds, which will prevent dust from escaping. It is useful to have a min. level sensor, which alerts when the hopper is empty. At the outlet of the hopper can be placed a conveyor like an auger, rotary valve, air transport system, etc. It is useful to have a protection grid so that no foreign particles fall into the bag tipping station.

Big-Bags emptying station

The Big Bags Unloading Station or Big Bag Unloader is a practical device, which helps to empty the bulk bag or big bag without the constant presence of a forklift.

It consists of a steel frame with dimensions of 1500 x 1500 x 2700 mm (depending on the size of the big bag) with an independent “cross” above to receive the forks of the forklift and 4 hangers to hang the 4 “loops” of the Big-Bag. Once the forklift places the Big Bag on the steel frame, it is not needed anymore. The operator, opening the hatch, unties the string from Big-Bag’s bottom part. The vibrating cone helps the material to flow well. There is also a suction nozzle for dedusting. At the outlet of the Big Bag Station after the flexible hose connection a screw conveyor, a blow-through rotary valve, etc. can be placed.

Octabins emptying station

The Octabins emptying station is similar to the Big-Bag emptying station. By the term Octabins, we mean the 1 m³ octagonal cartons that have a plastic bag inside, mainly for pellets. The steel frame supports a suction nozzle.

Towards the bottom of the Octabin, a special mechanism tilts the Octabin and achieves perfect emptying with suction.

Big-Bags filling station

To fill Big Bags, a steel frame is needed, which keeps the Big Bags upright and open. An important role is played by the correct positioning of the bottom. It should not fold somewhere, but instead should stand upright.

In many cases, it is requested to weigh the bulk bag, usually with a suspended arrangement on 4 load cells. The weighing issue is more complex because the Big Bag must be held tight to fill properly, but not so tight-suspended as to affect its weighing.
