In products with a particle size below 100 μm, the sieves cannot separate.

To get a fraction from 0 – 20 µm we need the rotating air separator. By changing the revolutions with the inverter, we get a different fraction (different cutting point).

Because it is airlifted, the coarse product is collected in an air-barrier cyclone and the fine in an air-barrier bag filter.

So the investment cost is at least 5 times higher than a good circular reciprocating sieve.
