Rotary Valves – Diverters – Shutters
Rotary Valves – Diverters – Shutters
ROTARY VALVES FOR AIR TRANSPORT
Blow-through rotary valves have an integrated part of the pneumatic conveying pipe. So they don’t need the extra injector.
Airlock
ROTARY VALVES
Rotary valves consist of the body and the rotating shaft, which usually has 6 – 8 pockets. They find application in positions under silos. In combination with a speed regulator (inverter) they can also do dosing.
Butterfly Valves
Throttle valve with shaft and bearing. Totally leak-proof due to the Teflon rubber seal.
In the manual version with a handle that is stabilized mechanically and in intermediate positions.
Knife Gate Valves
SLIDE GATES with proximity switches
Knife gate valves, moving on side rails. Totally watertight due to the Perbunan rubber seal.
In the manual version with an additional smaller tongue that is stabilized mechanically and in intermediate positions.
In the automatic version with pneumatic bottle and 5/2 solenoid valve with two proximity switches or with electric motor.
2-way-valves
DIVERTERS – Diverter Valves
2-way valves with the possibility of moving the flap either left or right. Rotary valve with shaft and bearing. Totally leak-proof due to the Teflon rubber seal. In the manual version with a handle that is stabilized mechanically and in intermediate positions. In the automatic version with rotary pneumatic motor and 5/2 solenoid valve with two proximity switches or with dual action pneumatic bottle.
3-way-valves
3-way-valve
Pant with one entrance and 3 exits for free flow of product and its distribution to 3 different destinations – silo. Also manual pants for air transport.
Diverter Valves
PNEUMATIC CONVEYING DIVERTER DAMPERS (diverter valves)
The diverter dampers give the option of choosing a direction (right or left) on a pneumatic conveying pipeline.
Multi-way distributors
Multi distributors
In air transport networks when the destinations are more than 6 – 8 the multidistributor is used instead of 5 – 7 splitters.
Pinch Valves
Pinch Valves
Pinch valves are used in air transport shears and generally in air barrier applications such as valve packing machine.
Check valves
Non-return-valve
Check valves or non-return valves allow product (or air) to flow in one direction and not the other.
Overpressure-Underpressure Valves
OVERPRESSURE VALVES
At the top of air-fed silos, a relief (overpressure) valve is also needed to protect the silos.
