Dosing and weighing unit for ready mortars
For a building materials factory we built the dosing and weighing line, consisting of 2 Big-Bag-Stations, 2 external silos for cement and sand, 4 dosing screws, 1500 lt bucket scale and automatic weighing system.
After the 4 ingredients of the recipe are dosed and weighed on the scale, the product is conveyed by auger to the mixer. Mixing time was set at 6 min. At the same time of mixing, the next batch is prepared on the scale and the next batch is packed in the bagging machine. Thus greater production potential is achieved.
