We supplied a storage and air pressure conveying system for HDPE plastic pellets for a personal care product factory.
The project was implemented in two stages 16 months apart. The raw material is received every day with an in-line tipper container. A wheeled rotary valve system with a blower fills up the silos. A second similar blowing system conveys the pellets, from the 2 large silos, 80m further, to the 4 daily silos.
