- Intelligent Two-Speed Auger Feed: The system utilizes an inclined screw conveyor (auger) fed from a surge silo. The digital weight indicator is programmed with a “dribble-feed” logic: the auger runs at full speed for the bulk fill, then automatically decelerates at 24kg. This slow-speed finishing ensures the final 1kg is metered with extreme accuracy.
- Instant Cut-off Butterfly Valve: To prevent “trailing” material from falling into the bag after the auger stops, we installed an automatic butterfly valve at the screw outlet. This provides a sharp, instantaneous cut-off, ensuring the 25kg target is met every time.
- Corrosion-Resistant Stainless Steel: Given the aggressive nature of NPK fertilizers, the entire bagging station is fabricated from high-grade stainless steel to ensure a long operational life and easy washdown maintenance.
