A leading chemical plant required a robust solution to process industrial salt with a challenging 25% moisture content. The material was prone to heavy agglomeration (clumping), making it difficult to achieve a consistent flow and a throughput of 3 tonnes per hour without the equipment seizing.

The Solution: Corrosion-Resistant 316SS Roller Mill
We engineered a custom 316 Stainless Steel Roller Mill designed for high-corrosion environments.

- Dual-Cylinder Crushing: The main body features two precision-rotating cylinders driven by a high-torque gear transmission system.
- Anti-Jamming Technology: To handle the sticky, wet nature of the salt, we integrated a specialized Teflon scraper plate. This continuously “cleans” the rotating surfaces to prevent material buildup and mechanical jamming.
- Chemical-Grade Construction: Every contact part is fabricated from 316 Stainless Steel to ensure long-term durability against salt-induced pitting and corrosion.

The Result: Consistent 3t/h Throughput
As shown in the project video, the mill successfully breaks down large agglomerates into a manageable grain size. The self-cleaning Teflon mechanism allowed the plant to maintain a continuous 3 ton/h production rate without downtime for manual cleaning.
