In a tire recycling factory we rebuilt and modified 7 sieves from the first cut to the fine rubber crumb rubber. The sieves were completely damaged and had to be completely rebuilt. Geometric and static interventions were made, the sizes of the vibrators were increased and another type of anti-vibration springs were installed.
