Tank shaking and stirring platform
For a chemical building materials production plant, we manufactured a Bespoke Industrial Platform Shaker for Liquid Tanks.
Stirring the toxic mixture required 10 minutes of up-down shaking and 10 minutes of rest alternately for one hour. This was previously performed with a forklift and we were asked to automate the process safely. Toxic chemicals required operator distance from the agitation system.
