The Solution: Two-Stage Dosing with “Dribble-Feed” Technology

- Intelligent Two-Speed Auger Feed: Lime is delivered to the bag via a high-torque horizontal screw conveyor. The system’s digital weight indicator is programmed with a two-stage dosing logic: the auger operates at high speed for the bulk fill, then automatically decelerates at 950kg.
- Precision Dribble-Feed Finishing: The final 50kg is metered at a slow “dribble-feed” rate. This allows the system to compensate for material in flight and hit the 1000kg setpoint with surgical precision.
- Integrated Heavy-Duty Weighing Frame: The entire station is built on a reinforced platform with high-resolution load cells, designed to withstand the rugged environment of a mineral processing facility.
