Centrifugal sifter
For a factory for the production of bakery mixes, we manufactured a stainless steel centrifugal sifter. In addition to the large inlet hopper, the main body consists of a horizontal shaft beginning with an inlet screw feeder followed by rotary knives on a cylindrical metal grid. For products such as milk powder, dextrose, etc. the rotational speed of 100 rpm was applied. On the other hand for sticky products such as cocoa, the sifter performed better at 20 rpm, without the screen clogging at all.
