- Gentle Dosing Belt Conveyors: To prevent the mechanical degradation common with screw conveyors, BritSOLIDS utilized dosing belt conveyors. This “gentle handling” approach carries the kibble without friction, preserving the shape and texture of the croquettes.
- Integrated Dedusting Sieve: Before entering the final packaging stage, the product passes through a specialized rectangular vibrating sieve. This unit effectively cleans the kibble of any residual dust or “fines,” ensuring a premium, professional appearance in the final retail packaging.
