Production unit of water-soluble fertilizers

We built the production line for a fertilizer factory. With 4 Big-Bag-Stations for N, P, K and Urea, 4 dosing screw conveyors, a weighing system,  a batch mixer 1000 lt, with filter unit and packaging machine, we achieved a performance of 10 ton/h with an incredibly low budget. Urea required a small crusher since it was not prilled (in tiny balls) and contained agglomerates.
