Fertilizer dosing and weighing unit
For a fertilizer factory, we built the dosing and weighing line, consisting of 5 Big-Bag-Stations, 5 dosing screw conveyors, a 1500 lt weighing scale and an automatic weighing system.
At each Big-Bag emptying station we have built an agitator / deagglomerator system. Without this the screw conveyors with diameter Φ150 mm for some products find it difficult to handle them.
