Double-shaft batch mixer

In a factory for the production of chemicals and gluing materials for conveyor belts, we manufactured a stainless steel double-shaft batch mixer with a 45° inclination. This mixer works both anti-clockwise and clockwise, thanks to the special plc installed. All gaskets were Teflon, as any other rubber would melt.

The machine we built got ATEX certification from TUV Nord because the solvents it mixes are highly explosive.
