Expired packaging destruction unit
In a biogas production and recycling unit where they destroy expired Tetrapak packages (milk, oranges, yogurts, etc.) we built a 2-axis shredder with 2 x 22.0 kW H/M.
After the packages were broken, a drain screw was installed, which had a perforated sheet metal at the bottom. With this method one can separate liquids (e.g. chocolate milk, orange juice, etc.) from solids (packages cut into smaller pieces), which go to different recipients in the recycling chain.
