Dust Extraction Plant for Plasterboard Production

Plasterboard production unit

For a plasterboard production plant we supplied a central dust extraction system. Inside the unit we installed a JACOB piping network with 14 suction positions. Each position had its own regulating valve, so that everywhere we have the same suction speed at 20 m/sec. The network ended in an industrial cartridge filter with a filtering surface of 80 m2 and a centrifugal fan.
